:Working as part of a dynamic Asian Support Centre, your role will be to provide “best practice” in customer support. You will work as a community advocate supporting hosts and travelers for our client.

:Responsibilities:
:• You will manage emails, calls and other communications effectively, efficiently and accurately
:•Resolving customer queries and advising on product promotions.
:• Provide friendly and efficient service to the worldwide travel community.

:Salary & Benefits:
:• 2,000,000 to 2,600,000 KRW
:• 2days off per week (Rotational Shift)
:• Accommodation and Flight Ticket Allowance to S. Korea

:Operation Hour:
:• Five days scheduled [Mon ~ Sun]
:• Eight Hours scheduled [08: 00-22: 00]

:Requirements:
:• Bilingual (Japanese and English)
:• Preferably Visa Holder: H1, D2, D10, F2, F4, F5 or F6
